Spitalfield, formed in Chicago back in 1998, have released their third album "Better than knowing where you are," an anthem of what they have been and new things to come.

With tracks like "Hold on," Novocain" and "The only thing that matters," Spitalfield is back with a vengeance of inspiring lyrics and storming hard rock guitar. From the start of the CD, they waste no time picking up where they left off from their last album.

"Hold on" comes highly recommended because of the motivational lyrics and showcase of Mark Rose's beautiful voice. "Say what you've been meaning to, be what you've been dreaming to" words that everyone needs to hear and Spitalfield says them with grace.

Then there is "Novocain," a slower beat with more of an emphasis on singing than any other track. Beware of the somewhat depressing lyrics though as Spitalfield means well and creates, in my opinion, the most beautiful song on the album with lyrics like "paint a picture of how you see me, put yourself and I there" and "call the extras to the set... and turn the lights off.

The music starts after an introduction that blends into the first track perfectly and when the tracks loop, it seems as it never ended. Spitalfield did a wondrous job with this unique entry as it perfectly compliments both preceding albums. With beautiful vocals and adrenaline, inducing riffs you wont be able to take them out of your CD player for a while. I guess it is "better than not knowing where you are."
